Updated Ipsysctl-tutorial

Updated version of the ipsysctl-tutorial released. For further information about what has happened, look at the ChangeLog. The biggest changes are fixed PDF and PS versions of the document, fixed some static links in the chunky.tgz and html.tgz packages and added proper ID tags to all sections in the document.

  4. Download the source code and compile it on your own. It was always a giant PITA to maintain the PDF version, so I ended it. If you really need it, it should still be possible to generate.

  8. After looking several pages on the internet which all often recommend the setting of a particular variable and two sentences below they encourage to set that same variable. I’m refused and nearly giving up to change anything.

    BUT THAN I found this page which explains the relationships by using a variable and so I’ve learnd much about this /proc/sys/net system in general.
    So actually I was able to boost my connections and I say
